Shipping & Returns
There are no returns or exchanges on customized items, unless the items are defective. Every item meets our highest standards for quality. You may return any defective item for 60 days after the date of purchase for an exchange or full refund. End users looking to return product purchased from Riddell Stores must go through your Riddell Stores sales rep. If you do not know who that representative is you may also contact the main office to be directed to that person.
